We're back at Automechanika Frankfurt. The show runs every two years and it's still the one place where everyone in the car-parts world shows up, so we keep coming. This year we came with the same thing we always bring: belts that hold up.
What's on the table
We don't roll out a "revolutionary" belt at every show, and we're not going to pretend we did. Here's what you'll actually find at our booth:
- Wrapped and raw-edge V-belts for cars, trucks, and farm machines
- Timing belts built to OE tooth profiles
- Multi-rib PK belts for serpentine drives
- Industrial transmission belts for conveyors, compressors, and workshop equipment
They're the same belts we make year-round, the ones we ship to distributors and OEMs in over 50 countries. The only difference at the show is you can hold them.
Why this show matters to us
Frankfurt is where our European customers, and a fair number of new ones, walk the halls. For a belt maker, that's useful. We hear what buyers actually complain about — noise, cracking in cold weather, belts that stretch — and take it back to the factory. A few of our spec changes started as a grumble at a booth like this one.
A bit about the company
King Power Belt makes automotive and industrial belts. We're not the biggest name in the hall, but we've been at it long enough that our parts are running in 50+ countries, and the thing we're proudest of is our repeat-order rate. We sell through distributors and directly to equipment manufacturers.
